UK Shipping - Orders will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery included in the price for orders over £50. Other options available and to upgrade at checkout. For Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery please allow 3 working days from which the order is placed for it to be posted; this is due to the majority of items being handmade to order. Tracking will be available for other postage options. Due to the nature of Memorial Jewellery please see each individual item for delivery details and time frames.
International Shipping - Royal Mail International Tracked is offered at checkout. This service may have additional custom costs which are the responsibility of the buyer, please consider this if you are ordering via International Shipping.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 30 days to return your products from date of purchase. Please do the following for a return : Contact customer service by email ambientparadise@gmail.com and let us know why you wish to return. Refunds take 3 - 5 working days from the receipt of the item. The cost of returns shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty/damaged in transit. Please obtain a proof of purchase from your return courier. Special Conditions To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:
• Bespoke/Commissioned/Keepsake Memorial Jewellery cannot be return unless faulty. The reason being that with all this orders the customer is contacted several times during the process to make sure the customer is happy.
• Products damaged by misuse, abuse, care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
• Products showing excessive wear and tear
• Products that have been returned and not repackaged properly which has led to damage on return
• Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
• Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement.
